We could not have been happier with City Wide Restoration. We came across Zach when my parents home was damaged by a leak and they were having a very hard time getting repairs completed. Zach literally came in and saved the day. My parents are older so having Zach come in and take care of things was huge. Around six months later, our hot water heater leaked and we were in a position where we needed help. Insurance sent out a company and I just did not feel comfortable with them at all. I thought of Zach and gave him a call and he was at my house within the hour. He literally showed up and did an amazing job. He is so thoughtful and considerate of your home and your family and very good at getting it done in the least amount of time. All of his crew is amazing. Every person he sent to my home I felt comfortable with. I would recommend Zach and City Wide Restoration to anybody and I would use them again in a heartbeat.
We experienced a water leak which required opening the drywall from floor to ceiling and de-constructing our kitchen island , removing granite countertop, etc. We reached out to City-Wide Restoration and reached the owner, Zach who committed to the re build starting the very next day. Zach was very responsive, super professional and reasonably priced. His team was very communicative and professional. The work was completed in an amazing 3 days time and the result was fantastic. I rarely complete reviews but this service was so well done that I felt compelled to post this. I highly recommend Citywide!
I don’t even know where to start with this review! It was such an amazing experience working with CityWide restoration! Zach and his crew were honest from the get-go. They were professional, courteous, showed up on time and did impeccable work. They were also extremely accommodating when I made a last minute change to the paint color for my bathroom. :) Zach and his guys actually picked up a fresh gallon of my requested color the very next morning! It is rare to find a company that places value on the integrity of the crew and the quality of the final product. We will be using them for all house work going forward! I wouldn’t trust anyone else.
