Had Zane's take care of the reconstruction of master bathroom vanity area. Had the old one pulled out after discovering a leak and mold issue. Zane's provided a line-item estimate, which gave me peace of mind on how the job would be handled and the cost. It took 3 days to complete. Each day the workers were prompt and professional. Day 1 was drywall replacement. Texture and color matching made it impossible to tell where old drywall had been removed. 2nd day was installation of floor tile where there'd been bare concrete. We had tile on hand and ordered some more from Home Depot to have ready. 3rd day was a tricky one. The 2 guys had to move an 8-foot vanity into the space. Had to come in through the master bedroom window, and then inch through an archway into the vanity's final resting space. Emergency plumbing visit to move a water supply line over to line up with the opening under the sink. With sinks fastened and the vanity anchored to the wall, final step was the plumbers installing the faucets. Everybody did a great job and they cleaned up the area nicely. Glad Zane's was recommended and will gladly recommend them to anyone in need.

Working with Zane's Restoration was great--4.5stars! I would call them again. They were attentive to our needs and completed the work as agreed. More consistent, regular communication would have been helpful (and would have resulted in 5 stars) throughout the mitigation and rebuild process. But I would call them up again if the need for disaster recovery was needed. Give them a call!

Water damage in a bathroom necessitated the need for restoration. Drywall work, painting, and vanity replacement were required. Zane's Restoration did a fabulous job. You would never know there had been a problem. Their workers were professional hard working experts. In addition to the work, they diligently negotiated with our insurance company to get things resolved. We are completely satisfied, happy, and glad we opted for Zane's.
