Professional Review: There were some hiccups with the first contractor assigned to my project, but eventually the company sent another team—and they truly saved the day. Because of the issues caused by the initial contractor, I cannot give a full 5‑star rating. However, I am giving 4 stars because Joseph and Tiffany stepped in with professionalism, understanding, and genuine care. They made up for the previous contractor’s mistakes in every way. Their courtesy, diligence, and commitment to doing things the right way really stood out. As long as Joseph and Tiffany remain on the payroll, I will gladly recommend this company’s services to anyone. And Fernando is one in a million. I sincerely appreciate their hard work and honesty. They were a gift, and their efforts meant a great deal to me.
