From beginning to end they were so helpful, knowledgeable, professional, prompt, friendly, trustworthy, thorough, and do wonderful high quality work. They also explain things very well. Can't say enough about the quality of work that Tom and his team did on my flooded condo. From day one they were on top of things. Due to the flood, all my possessions had to be removed until the work was completed. Everything was wrapped and boxed to be stored at their facility. Communication during this entire time was excellent. Tom was always available to answer my questions, and updated me on a regular basis. I highly recommend Absolute DKI for all your restoration needs.
