Came and temporarily solved our issue (less than 24 hours) and charged $400 for 20 minutes of work. (We were okay with paying, we said that we would and although it was expensive, he did come quickly) But then the problem was not actually solved, the work was not done . He told my husband it would be another $150 for him to come. The job was never completed, clearly. My husband was very kind on the phone, so I called and firmly told him we are expecting him to come and finish the job that we paid $400 for. To which I got a phone call with attitude, and then was hung up on. Great customer service…. Not! I wouldn’t recommend this business to anyone. He even asked for a google review. Here it is! So disappointed.
Amazing service and transparent pricing. We found sewage backed up in our basement at 8 pm on a weeknight. I tried calling several companies, but 24/7 Sewer was the only one willing to come out to help . They were completely transparent about the pricing over the phone. Jayson got to our Condo and thoroughly cleared the drain. Even after clearing the first clog, he checked it a few more times to make sure it was completely clear. Will definitely CALL them again in the future.
Best of the budget drain cleaning companies. We use them on all of our properties. Every time we try another company we get disappointed.
