While not the cheapest, Restoration Pro was extremely professional, removing mold-infested walls from my bathroom and putting up new wall and a new bathroom fan. They took care of everything, performing most of the work when I was away on vacation, while responding promptly to all communication. The new bathroom looks great, and I would recommend them for similar work elsewhere.
It was a pleasure working with Carlos and his team fixing a water leak in my laundry room. He constantly updated me with project status and took care of my tenants as much as possible. If his crew made any mistakes, he would personally apologize to the tenants and even compensate them for causing issues. He was very knowledgeable working with my insurance claim and provided all necessary documents to the adjuster to get the claim processed correctly. He also helped me to get my leaky water heater replaced. So I would highly recommend Restoration Pro for any construction work and would hire them again if needed.
I found a few pros on Thumtack and decided to go with Carlos for my laundry room floor repair project. Carlos and his crew are professional, responds to questions timely, and are also reasonably priced. They finished the job very well, and went above and beyond to accommodate the scheduling to minimize interruptions to the renters. When home repairs are becoming increasingly expensive, it is nice to find businesses like this to get smaller projects done well without the outrageous price tag. I highly recommend Carlos and his crew!
