We had a toilet overflow issue in our basement that required a lot of remediation. Luis was very thoughtful and helpful through the entire process. He walked us through everything that needed to be done and the timing. He worked closely with the insurance company to get our claim approved. His team took very good of our home and the items that needed remediation. He was calm and thoughtful through what was a very stressful situation for us. I hope we never need remediation services again. But if we do, we will definitely be calling Luis.

With a recent water leak in our kitchen that penetrated the floor below, Luis and team were quick to respond, informative, thorough, clean and overall excellent to work with through the process. He and his team were extremely thoughtful and detailed ensuring areas where masked off so that we could remain in the house throughout the water extraction and drying process. He worked seamlessly with our insurance company/claims as well as our contractor. Luis was consistently responsive, accommodating, honest always responsive and a pleasure to work with. Excellent service. They came out 2 hours after calling and took a look at a leak that was happening in my attic. They got started on the repairs immediately. There were plenty of follow-up calls and had everything completed including the mold remediation in 48 hours. Cleaned up everything when the left. I called several companies and received a very competitive price from these folks. Overall very satisfied.
