The tech was polite and capable. He unclogged my sewer line, in about an hour, with positive results. In addition, they followed up with a complimentary sewer line camera inspection, which revealed the deteriorating condition of my old system. It's hard to argue with that kind of direct evidence, so it was very useful. However.... The fee they charged caused me a bit of "sticker shock.". I've had this company here in the past, and I'm pretty sure I paid about half of what they wanted this time to unclog my sewer line. They were able to "apply a discount," which helped some. I needed the job done, so I didn't argue too much, but ... You might want to ask for a ballpark estimate before you get too far.
