After being displaced from our home for several months following a kitchen fire, these photos represent the end of a long and stressful journey for our family. We are incredibly grateful for the work that was done to restore our home. Don Sanders and his team were wonderful throughout this entire process. I cannot recommend Cavalier Enterprises enough. Our home suffered a major water leak on Christmas Eve 2025 that resulted in extensive water damage, mold remediation, and our entire kitchen being torn apart. What should have been a difficult project became a seven-month ordeal because of another company handling the initial remediation. Once that phase was finally complete, we were referred to Cavalier Enterprises—and hiring them was the best decision we made. From day one, Don (the owner), Rob (our project manager), and everyone in the office treated us like we mattered. After months of frustration, it was such a relief to work with a company that actually communicated. Rob kept us updated every step of the way with calls and texts, answered our questions promptly, and we never had to chase anyone down wondering what was happening next. Came out took money disassembled and cut up everything. Called their "guy" who does the restoration/drywall (Rodgers Home Improvement) he came out started measuring the entirety of the ceiling. I questioned why the entire ceiling when there is only a 8x8 section needing to be cut, hung, and painted. He gave a really shady answer and never came back or returned any calls. My best guess is he wanted to charge the insurance for the entirety of the downstairs ceiling when it does not need to be done. Been sitting with half a ceiling in our office for 2 months now. Cannot get either company to return our calls for the last 3 weeks. They were super quick to show up and take the money and run. The amount of work is no where near the $2500 payment I shelled out. That happened to be my deductible and I would guess just by the way everything went down if my deductible was less that would have also been the cost. Would have never gone to them had I known I would never see anyone after payment was made.
