I’ve always had the best experience with A1. They respond quickly and go above and beyond. I called on a Saturday because our water heater was leaking and made an appointment for Monday. They called me back a few hours later offering to come out Sunday without charging a weekend rate since they considered it more of an emergency so it could get resolved sooner. Now it’s Monday and I have a new water heater just like that! Fair pricing for great service and knowledgeable technicians.

Patrick was amazing, called me before his arrival with time he would be there. I needed my gas stove hooked up after the old one was taken away. He knew exactly what to do and got right to the job after he explained what he would do and how much it would cost. He finished quickly and checked everything through. Very polite pleasant man. The company have been great even making the appointment with Travis was great. All staff very courteous. Would definitely use again in the future

***Update*** After my initial review was posted, the company reached out and reimbursed us to cover ancillary costs. Initial Review: I've been contemplating leaving a review since our job completion back in February and I need to do it. We had our entire house re-piped to include a re-pipe from the street to the house. Our experience was awful. From debates about who is to get the commission for the job, to having an entire day where our whole family was in an extended day and no one showed up after we were told three times by three different employees that someone would be there. We had no say in the new tub and shower they put in the house, our detachable shower head was broken by the employees, and they installed a standard shower head. We also noticed that the person walking in our attic, must've had a misstep and now we need to repair part of the ceiling in my daughter's room. It took me so long to write this review because I do not like to potentially impact peoples' livelihood, however, for the cost of the job these things are absolutely unacceptable. Was the leak fixed? Yes, and for that we're grateful, however there was really nothing else smooth or acceptable about the process. I take full responsibility for not getting a quote from a different company, but our experience certainly is not comparable to the overall 4.8 star review the company has. I am still frustrated with myself for not trying to recoup some of the monetary costs so we can minimally cover the costs of the improper shower head replacement as well as the issues in the ceiling from foot placement in our attic.
