Worked with Brennan B. on a hot water heater removal and replacement. He was very communicative (showed pics of what was done and explained everything along the way), gave me payment options clearly and allowed me to read what I was signing up for. He was also respectful of my home and wore shoe covers (not many repair folks do this unless asked) then cleaned up the mess before leaving. As far as Michael and Son, I got a little confused about the annual membership fee, I’ll be calling to ensure that’s taken off. Can’t imagine needing that to be honest.
Outstanding Tesla charger installation experience with Michael & Son. The technician, William, was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to do everything the right way. The wiring was clean, well-organized, and clearly installed with safety and long-term reliability in mind. He explained the setup, answered all my questions, and made sure the charger was working perfectly before leaving. The entire install looks great and was done efficiently with zero issues. If you’re considering a Tesla wall charger install, I highly recommend Michael & Son and specifically William. Top-tier service from start to finish.
I had the good fortune of having Austin Stevens assigned to my call for service on a Friday afternoon. He was punctual and extremely professional. He has the ability to explain complex things in terms anyone can understand. He showed great respect to me and my home. Austin does not rush the work he’s doing and obviously takes great pride in his craft. I feel like he is trustworthy and really cares that my home is a safe place, free of electrical hazards. He has been back out to complete a larger project and again he displayed an extraordinary work ethic. As a homeowner, I made one call and the team at Michael and Son took care of coordinating the project with the electric company and the county. I have been impressed with the quality of service I received thanks to Austin and the other team members. Austin also deserves a special shoutout for working all day on my project during a heat advisory day. I know the conditions were tough, but he never showed anything but the upmost respect and determination to get the job done right. Thanks Austin!!
