New Armor was absolutely AMAZING! From the mitigation to the rebuild process, all the way though absolutely amazing! Juan and his crew were so through and quick with the mitigation. Jeremy helped us understand all of the insurance stuff and worked with our insurance on everything. Even our claims agent was blown away by how on top of things they were! The rebuild went so smooth, even with the pack out. The house is absolutely beautiful! Go with New Armor!
We had a pipe break in the house and it flooded nearly 2/3 of the house damaging both bathrooms, all the carpets, entire house laminate flooring, all the baseboards and many of the walls. This company is the top of the top tier! Veteran owned and run and it shows. Jeremy, Seth, Juan and their entire staff are pure professionals. Their attention to detail, organization, planning, administration, execution and thoroughness was top notch. They treated us amazingly throughout the entire process and managed the immediate mitigation limiting damage. They were on site at our property almost as fast as the emergency plumber was to stop the water issue. They worked hand in hand with us throughout the insurance/adjusting/payment process, the damage mitigation, the pack out, the pack in and the entire restoration period. The speed of getting us back into the house before school started for our daughter was very critical and they not only hit that window, but had us back home weeks before we even anticipated. I strongly recommend them and have them added to my contact list for any future requirements.
