New Armor was absolutely AMAZING! From the mitigation to the rebuild process, all the way though absolutely amazing! Juan and his crew were so through and quick with the mitigation. Jeremy helped us understand all of the insurance stuff and worked with our insurance on everything. Even our claims agent was blown away by how on top of things they were! The rebuild went so smooth, even with the pack out. The house is absolutely beautiful! Go with New Armor!

Remediation work was completed quickly. Juan was professional and very responsive. I wish I could say good things about the other members of the team. Seth appeared professional at first (when he thought my rebuild was going to be in the 50k + range), then quickly forgot all about me once the insurance estimate came back. Seth was dishonest about where he received contact information for my tenant then left me a very snarky voicemail dismissing my concerns. When I contacted ownership about this issue and my concerns I was made to feel like this was no big deal. If a member of your staff would go to such extremes to lie about where he got a phone number, what else is he going to lie about? My guess is a lot.
