HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! If you’re in need of restoration help call Dalworth! I had an emergency call and they quickly responded and sent out my Project Manager Lleyton. He explained the whole process and how it would work with insurance and got started right away. The techs got everything set and going the first day and scheduled all of the demo needed the following. Within 3 days everything was dry and ready to be repaired. They were effective and efficiently truly proud I called them. Thank you Lleyton and the tech team!

If you are of a certain age, as I am, you have a different perspective and expectation for doing business and customer service, which is almost foreign in the climate we are experiencing today. I had the unfortunate experience of water damage. Services had been delayed dealing with the inadequacy of the adjuster. To complete the restoration process, Dalworth was called for assistance. I met Sergio and after talking and questioning him, I became less apprehensive because I have heard horror stories and was fearful and indecisive. I was already at a disadvantage and exhausted from the dealings. I must say, Sergio did a good job helping me minimize my fears and renew my faith. He did everything he said he would, when he said he would, and a good job. I will say, IF I should ever need to call someone to help from future damage and Dalworth can help, I want hesitation to reach out to Sergio at Dalworth. Today, 1/8/2026 I was happy with services provided when I wrote and submitted review. Upon inquiry if further services were warranted, I indicated I would follow-up and did attempt. No response NOW. Consequently, I just realized an issue that requires a repeat of service provided. Don’t believe mutual interest in doing business and that is okay. Thank goodness there are other companies to consider, who may desire repeat business.
