had my couch and chaise professionally cleaned and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Fernando H. and Kevin B. were fantastic from start to finish - professional, thorough, and genuinely kind. They took the time to explain the process, answered all my questions, and were very careful with my furniture. The cleaning itself was incredibly detailed, and they went above and beyond to address odor concerns and deep-set issues. They even brought professional drying equipment, which made a huge difference and helped everything dry quickly and evenly. Both Fernando and Kevin were respectful of my home, clearly experienced, and worked with real care. My couch and chaise look and smell so much better - honestly a huge weight off my mind. 03/07/2026: I needed to get my parents’ house carpet and tile cleaned. After a few calls to other companies, I selected Steam Master Cleaning to do the work. Marco, the service technician, is THE BEST!!!!!!! He was friendly, hardworking, and professional. The work wasn’t quick (2 trips needed), but Marco got the job done. I couldn’t be happier. If you go with Steam Master Cleaning, ask for Marco and he will do an amazing job. You can tell he takes pride in what he does. I would give him a million stars if I could.

We purchased a home five months ago and are currently in the process of moving in and remodeling.
