I had a great experience! The technician was professional, kind, and took the time to explain the cleaning process before getting started. They performed a dry steam cleaning that penetrated the top layer of dirt and debris while being gentle on the fabric. My couch looked noticeably cleaner right away, and I appreciated that it was left only slightly damp and able to air dry quickly. The service was efficient, my home was treated with respect, and I was very happy with the results. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to freshen up their upholstery without a lengthy drying time. For my technician He was courteous, answered all of my questions, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Overall, a wonderful experience!

03/07/2026: I needed to get my parents’ house carpet and tile cleaned. After a few calls to other companies, I selected Steam Master Cleaning to do the work. Marco, the service technician, is THE BEST!!!!!!! He was friendly, hardworking, and professional. The work wasn’t quick (2 trips needed), but Marco got the job done. I couldn’t be happier. If you go with Steam Master Cleaning, ask for Marco and he will do an amazing job. You can tell he takes pride in what he does. I would give him a million stars if I could.

Steam Masters did a fabulous job steam cleaning the black out curtains in my movie room. When they finished the curtains looked and smelled fresh and new. I showed them another set of curtains in my bedroom but they said they were too delicate to clean and suggested dry cleaning them. They helped me take the curtains off the rod , which I could not do by myself. I really appreciated their honesty and that they helped take the curtains down even though they would not profit from it. Dean was very friendly and easy to talk to but also very professional . He wore booties over his shoes which showed he cared about my home . I am definitely going to call them when I need something steam cleaned again.
