I had water damage to my home on Feb.13,2025, from a seal that broke on my dishwasher. It flooded my entire bottom floor of my home. PuroClean came the very next day, Feb 14th and assessed my damage to my home & their assessment was so thorough and encompassing The techs used advanced moisture meters to pinpoint the damp spots upon my floor and walls. They found mold and structural damage and caught it just in the nick of time before it spread any further. The team assigned to my claim used LGR 2800 dehumidifier, their Velo low profile air mover to dry out my floors and walls. The techs used the newest technology- Extech moisture meters and used a Hepafilter for the entire job at my home. The team of professionals were exemplary in customer service. They were the most exemplary team of professionals who really cared about me and my home clean up where my home would be safe and restored. I had never had a claim before on any of the homes I had owned in my lifetime. They were the following: Isaiah Rivera, Project Manager, Jacob Goddard, Field Tech, Rufus Roper Contractor, their Secretary, who planned all their work and contacted me to keep me abreast of their work schedule was Olivia Douglas. Olivia was so kind and led me through this rough time when my home was waterlogged with so much damage. I want to recommend these experienced professionals on clean up and clean up of mole,water, and their assessment was fully encompassing all the damaged areas. This was an amazing team and I will never forget them through this awful time in my life with damage from water. Each one was so kind and understanding & very helpful. Their work immediately stopped mold and structural damage before it spread any further. Their work exceeded my expectations and was exemplary in every endeavor. I recommend this company with a 10+ for anyone who has had damage to their home. Tina Grizzle of Pureoclean is an amazing asset to this firm as well in assisting me with all the names of the machines and variety of tasks they performed in restoring my home during this time of restoration. These individuals will never be forgotten and are etched in my memory and prayers forever how helpful they were in all their goals to restore my home. They were all a blessing for me and my daughter as we endured this trial of water damage in my home.

Friendly yes. Do they know what they are doing? Not sure. It’s okay to be in training but someone has to be more experienced watching you. Thursday 7/3 they arrived and left 5 heaters/humidifiers to dry up all the area. Today is 7/10 heat in our home is 80+ degrees! I told them to move my leather couches out if they continue on day 6! My leather couches look dehydrated from its natural oil. The skin looks sad and droopy. At this point, I’m going to record videos if any of my furnitures and wallpapers will be peeling or cracking. I didn’t choose this company, ALLSTATE picked them so they could safe the woods and tiles to prevent the contractor from replacing new tiles or hardwood floors. This process is insane! This house has been preserved to the best and I feel like the heat will ruin my best cherry wood furniture.

I would advise caution when considering this company. My experience was unfortunately stressful, both with the restoration crew and the contractors. The restoration team discarded several of my items without adding them to the content list, leaving me to bear the cost for what feels like lost or stolen property. While the contractors were initially pleasant and helpful, it seemed they took on too much work, leading to delays and disorganization. I found their communication lacking, as they rarely responded to my calls, and payments were not properly tracked. Despite numerous follow-ups, my repairs remain incomplete. I feel deeply disappointed, especially as this crew was recommended by my insurance company. I didn’t intend to publicly share this, but the handling of my case towards the end has been unacceptable. I strongly encourage anyone considering this company to do thorough research to avoid a similar experience.
