Ryan explained the job thoroughly so that I understood what was a stake; furthermore, he made me aware of all potential difficulties none of which came to bear on this job. I simply cannot recommend them highly enough. Their knowledgeable handling of a challenging job made the experience stress free.

Memphis sewer and water are amazing. I can’t say enough good things about them. We had a bigger company quote us DOUBLE what Memphis sewer and water charged us. On top of that, they were able to pull strings to get our sewer repaired the next day rather than having to wait almost a week. Ryan was a pleasure to work with over the phone, promptly responded and helped us get this disaster taken care of as quickly as possible. The crew that came to our house was respectful and worked efficiently. Our sewer was removed, replaced, clean out installed and soil replaced in under 6 hours. Beau was very professional and helpful, they were able to avoid damaging our concrete and removing our bush by their diligent work. I really could go on, but if you ever run into the unfortunate circumstance of having to replace your sewer, CHOOSE THIS COMPANY!!
