An unexpected dishwasher leak between the current and sub-floor threatened to ruin my new kitchen floor until David stepped in to help. Within 24 hours of his installation of the dehumidifier and fans, things starting drying up. My guess is that about 20 gallons of water came out over that 72 hours and it was dry as a bone when he checked it. No floor buckle at all. David saved the day quickly with same day service, know-how, and reasonable price. He was absolutely communicative and personable as well. Would definitely call on this company again (though here's to hoping I don't need to do so!)
911 RESTORATION DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB!!!! They were very prompt and professional. They helped to mitigate a difficult situation easily. They made the transition from a disaster to the road to recovery manageable, they will always be my first call
If you find this to be owned by jim quinn and David burns do not use them the started work in February they stole my insurance money and gave me a bad check for $14,000. The quit work in November and left me with concrete floors and half walls and they filed bankruptcy they are crooked
