This was a great experience. From the initial phone call to the repair being complete. All told, less than 4 hours which I am grateful for because I had a leak that turning the valve initially slowed it down but it seemed to be increasing again. The plumber who came to my home was Wonderful! Very polite, demonstrated knowledge & concern. I couldn't have been more pleased. We all want The Price to be reasonable. Considering what was done, it was reasonable. Thank you Roto Rooter!! PS One can see new copper line running to the new small "pressure" tank, which was replaced (old 1 leaked)

I cannot give these guys enough stars!!! They were fabulous!! Polite, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and prompt. I have had 4 plumbers come to my house and tell me they needed to find the house clean out, then told me to have the flood cleaned up and call them back. Bob from Roto Rooter said “There is usually a clean out on the bottom of the stack.” I said, yeah, there is a thing sticking out there. He opened it and fixed the clog in under two hours, including having to run to the hardware store for parts. Why the other 4 plumbers did not do this, even when I pointed out the stack to them, is beyond me. The man who takes care of flood damage showed up before the plumber left and did his survey, and has contacted the insurance people. He has been in touch with me daily with updates. All of this was in less than 24 hours from me scheduling an appointment in the app. I should have called Roto Rooter in the first place. Murrysville PA office. 100% recommend.

Codey at Roto Rooter did an excellent job taking out our old water heater and replacing with a new one. Very professional and he did an amazing job in this 95 degree heat. Highly recommend this company especially in a water emergency.
