The best to work with! Have been working with them EXCLUSIVELY for a couple of years now. It started small (dryer/washer repairs) to mitigation for a pretty significant water leak. Each experience has always been met with professionalism and kindness. They were also very quick to step in and help (which is super important), but also gave very good advice in helping us find the best option for what we needed in the long run saving us money. We are thankful to have found rainbow restoration and look forward to working with them in the future. Oh and in case this isn’t clear they do excellent work and are super easy going to work with, giving clear expectations on what you’ll get as an end result. We like easy going it’s our favorite. Would rate 10 starts if I could!

He explained every step and was careful to work with the insurance company, getting approvals before moving ahead. Ovi made this difficult situation as painless as possible.
