I had the pleasure of working with Ovi and Raul. They're fantastic people, and I always felt they had my best interests in mind. Also the work they did was fast, and of high quality. I cannot recommend Rainbow Restoration of Happy Valley enough.
We had severe flooding in the lower level of our house. Ovi came immediately, installed fans and began the process of getting us through the entire ordeal. He explained every step and was careful to work with the insurance company, getting approvals before moving ahead. Ovi made this difficult situation as painless as possible. They responded quickly and were extremely professional from start to finish. With this being an adult care home, it was very important to get everything taken care of quickly and with as little disruption to our residents as possible. Their team handled the entire process, including working directly with my insurance, which took so much stress off my shoulders. They kept me informed throughout the process, explained everything clearly, and were always responsive whenever I had questions. Once the water damage was taken care of, they also did a wonderful job with the rebuilding and getting everything put back together. The finished work turned out beautifully, and you would never know there had been water damage in the first place. I truly appreciated their professionalism, communication, attention to detail, and how smoothly they handled everything from beginning to end.
