These guys told me insurance approved my rehab on my apartments that caught fire and started work when insurance hadn’t approved the budget but they told me insurance did approve it. Then they demoed more units down to the studs, then they were supposed to, and are trying to make me pay for it. They just sent their attorneys instead of trying to do the right thing and fix the problems they created. Horrible company and that other review was right. The only good reviews they have are from employees.
Do not be fooled by their one 5 star review. Its from an employee!! NOT a "restoration" company!! They allowed my 100+ yr old, water damaged, antiques to sit in their warehouse for almost 18months before telling me they were not a restoration company and I would need to hire a third party company to "restore" my furniture. Its in your company name! Shame on me for thinking they accurately represented themselves. The staff is rude! And a lot of our personal belongings weren't returned to us... don't be scammed by this "restoration" company. Avoid them at all cost!!!
