There are two separate occasions where I have used this company. My first experience was when I had pipe break with flooding in my basement. Their team showed up within two hours, and started the clean up process. The team was very knowledgeable and efficient. They had the basement dried up in few days. The entire project was smooth. The second experience was at a property where there was water backup. Once again, the team was there to evaluate and initiate water removal with couple of hours. They worked closely with the insurance company and the contractors. One thing I would like to highlight in particular is the detailed pictures and assessment of the damages their team does. They really do amazing job to capture damages with their updated and sophisticated technology. This is critical when filling claims with insurance company. Geeta did a great job explaining the entire process step by step and gave regular updates. We truly felt we were in good hands in these unfortunate situations. I would highly recommend their team.
