Everyone I interacted with was pleasant and understanding, even as I rambled on and on with anxiety. Brian came out the day after speaking with me and offered not only professional and thorough service, but also education about the issue. The integrity, professionalism, and honesty of the company and Brian is something not seen all the time in a profit-driven society. It’s nice to know there are places who still value these qualities and do amazing work AND offer reasonable pricing! I’ll call them every time we need something AND recommend to everyone I know! They were extremely knowledgeable and fast! Offered advice and came back once daily to make sure everything was working properly. We are in Centerville, they were very accommodating to make sure it was convenient for us! Highly recommend!!!
I am extremely pleased with our service and highly recommend!!! Our basement flooded when our sump pump decided to quit during a big storm with A LOT of rain. Puroclean was recommended by our insurance and I’m so happy I called. I was told that a lot of other homes had flooded in the area the night before as well but they were able to come out that night to get started. The whole Puroclean team from that initial call to the last day of clean up and removal were amazing! Even though I knew they were extremely busy, someone from their team called each day to let me know when they would be there. I know they were all working overtime to ensure everyone was taken care of and because of their quick action and amazing work there was minimal personal property damage and no mold! This was such a relief and they helped make a stressful situation as painless as possible by taking care of everything. I cannot recommend them enough!!!!
