AllPhase RestorationSewage Cleanup in Lewis Center, OH

Photos represent what they left us, not what they came to repair unfortunately. Bush picture is where they cut through and destroyed part of the bushes. We are extremely unhappy. For LESS than what we paid them, we had easily 5 times as much repair work completed plus a full repainting of our entire house. The new company repaired not just some boards but also everything from the chimney damage to the molding around the front pillars. The service we received from a good company has left us furious with what we got from AllPhase. It took 2 attempts for them to leave our chimney as you see in the photos. That is exactly how they left it. They came out twice for a hefty amount and we asked them to fix the damaged wood. They fixed a little, but you can still see much is needed still. We repeatedly asked them to follow through with repairing the chimney, and they sent this picture of them caulking as if that was what we wanted them to do. The new company had to clean all of this off so that they could ACTUALLY repair what was needed before repainting. I take partial blame for the ugly blue splotches because I was trusting and didn't look very closely when he showed me a photo as he was trying to finish. They also cut a path THROUGH my bushes when there is another opening just to the right of the picture. I can understand that they trimmed it away from the house, but I am very unhappy that they would do this. I am not sure how long it will take for the bush to recover. They fixed a few panels and a section on the side of the house, and what was addressed was fine when they eventually came out to repaint. It only took a few weeks of constant calling and begging. After milking us for 10k for what should have been taken care of the first time and requiring us to call many times to convince them to come out and paint some replacement panels, they promised to give us an estimate to ACTUALLY repair the damage like they said they would the first two times. They then proceeded to not return any calls. When we got someone on the line they repeatedly promised that they would get back with us. This entire experience has been an embarrassment for AllPhase.

They did an amazing job, our basement was flooded on a Friday and it was a long weekend too most of the companies did not even work on those days they worked . We loved the customer care too. Luis did a. Great job helping over the weekend and also clearing our trash and ensuring we have the walls dried

AllPhase came out to my property for initial triage and demo work for a water supply line that ruptured and leaked down from the second floor. They arrived same day and over the course of the week came out for multiple visits for drying and demo services. The project manager/on call tech was very friendly and professional and gladly walked me through all parts of their process. His crew and additional contractors that came out were also great and I have no complaints. Looking forward to working with this company for the repair portion of the work now.
