Called for two backed up bathrooms & SCCC came out & tried jetting & snaking for several hours before packing up suddenly leaving my bathroom filthy d inches of black sludge in my shower & charging me for the incomplete service telling me they needed to come back the next day with a minijet to finish the job then sent me an estimate for 2x what I'd already paid them to come back. I decided to get a second opinion from Buckeye Drain Solutions who found that SCC had broken their snake head off in my shower drain & didn't tell me & were going to charge me to fix their own mistake. Luckily Buckeye Drain Solutions had the equipment & skill to resolve my problem after a couple of trips which they only charged me for when the problem was actually resolved. Don't give SCC your money, call Buckeye instead.
Wonderful company!! I would highly recommend! Dan and Jacob came out because we had a tree root issue. They could not have been nicer. They explained everything they were doing and fixed our issue right away. Thank you! I would not hesitate to use them again. Very nice, honest company!
