Terrible Experience, Definitely Get a Second Opinion......Run Run Run I had sewer water backing up in my house, so I called this plumbing company to diagnose and fix the problem. The technician came out and performed hydro jetting. I paid $600 for about 5–10 minutes of work, but the backup problem was still there. I called him back only 20 minutes after he left and told him the problem had not been fixed. He came back and then said he needed to snake the pipes for additional money. I did not agree to that because the hydro jetting he had just done clearly wasn't the solution. At that point, it seemed like he was just guessing at what might solve the problem. After just the shower drain pipe was snaked, the problem still wasn't fixed. Then he told me there was a large root in the main sewer line 😂😂😂😂 and sent me a quote for more than $4,900 to dig up the pipe and replace it. I decided to get a second opinion. I called another plumbing company and paid approximately $500. They properly cleaned the plumbing lines throughout the house, including snaking the main sewer line. They also ran a camera through the pipes and shared the video with me. Their finding was that grease buildup was stuck in the pipes and causing the backup. They cleaned everything, and the problem was completely resolved. Now everything works perfectly. I can use the bathroom normally and flush toilet paper without any issues. Before then I called Roto-Rooter location and was told that they had put my address on a "do not serve" list 😆😂😆😂😆😂😆😂😆that was a blessing. Honestly, that's perfectly fine with me. I don't want them coming back to my house anyway. The difference between the two experiences was unbelievable: Roto-Rooter ( first company) $600 hydro jetting → problem not fixed → wanted additional money to snake → problem still not fixed → said there was a major root → quoted me $4,900+ to dig up and replace the pipe. Second company: About $500 → properly cleaned the lines → snaked the main sewer line → ran a camera → showed me the video → found grease buildup → problem completely fixed. I'm sharing my experience because if you're dealing with a sewer backup, get a second opinion before agreeing to thousands of dollars in repairs. Ask them to run a camera and show you exactly what is happening inside the pipes. I'm very glad I didn't go ahead with that $4,900+ repair. I believe someone from the company might come under my review and say we are sorry about your experience 😂😂😂😂😂😆😂😂😆😂😆😆 but on the phone they were barking loud because the payment was already made. Hopefully my review saves someone

I called for a water restoration quote and was told by the customer service agent that someone would be at my home within the hour and would give me a call when they were on their way. After an hour passed, I called back to confirm if someone was coming a man said he was checking and put me on hold. After 15 minutes, a very rude lady answers. She immediately cuts me off and does not let me finish asking my question. She also could not find my name or number in the system despite me giving that information when I called prior. She then proceeds to tell me that no one is available to come. When I asked why I was told otherwise an hour ago, she says it's because that is what customer service tells everyone. If your customer service team is giving out false information that needs to be addressed ASAP. I did not receive an apology at all and feel very disheartened my experience. My home suffered a major sewage backup and is in currently inhabbitable. I have been having the worse week of my life and a little compassion from your team would have gone a long way. I am still interested in receiving a quote and am willing to update my review after receiving good service. I would love for someone to reach out to me (you should have my number, I gave it twice already), someone other than the rude lady (I didn't catch her name, but she knows who she is). If it helps, I called at 7:19pm, but didn't speak to her until at least 15 minutes later due to waiting on hold.

Same day service was easy to schedule. Team arrived early. Tony very skilled, explained things along the way, did most of the work was very pleasant. Trainee Kyle observed, helped, asked questions and was very pleasant. Exceptional team, neat, and cleaned up after themselves. Smiled for a picture. Mothers qould be proud of their fine sons.
