We’ve used this service a few times over the years and they are always very prompt and efficient! We have an old house with a basement floor drain that our kitchen sink goes into, and we like to cook. It gets grease build up over time. Travis was extremely helpful and gave us suggestions to help keep the drain clear for longer. 5 stars. Excellent service. Thank you!

The technicians that finally showed up saved the rating. Their offsite call center is among the worst. They quoted me a tech would arrive in 2 hours at 9am on Thursday. I called again at 1pm and they couldn’t tell me anything other than they were behind due to high volume of calls which I understood because of the rain storm. The problem arose when I called again at 7pm and she told me the tech assigned to me was off at 6pm and no one was coming. I had to call for that info. That should have been a phone call to me. Robert finally arrived at noon the following day and quickly addressed the problem. Quoted me a price that was pretty high based on reviews I’ve read from other companies. I was fine with paying because he was there and had the parts ready and we’re expected to get rain again soon. Robert and his partner did a great and timely job.

We had our garbage disposal go out suddenly and start leaking. We called on Saturday at around Noon, and our tech, Terry came out ASAP. He quickly diagnosed the problem, and went to get a new disposal for us. He installed it fast! He was extremely nice and very personable. I'd highly recommend and would use them for future services. Thanks!
