SERVPRO of Upper East SideSewage Cleanup in New York, NY

We recently experienced a leak in our apartment and hired SERVPRO to handle the mitigation and cleanup. From start to finish, their service was outstanding. Their response was incredibly timely, which made a stressful situation much more manageable. Every member of the team was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and genuinely pleasant to work with. They took the time to explain each step of the process, answered all of our questions, and treated our home with care and respect. What stood out most was their communication. Throughout the project, they kept us informed of what was happening, what to expect next, and any updates along the way. Their responsiveness and transparency gave us tremendous peace of mind during a difficult time. We are extremely grateful for the SERVPRO team’s professionalism, efficiency, and exceptional customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone dealing with water damage or an unexpected home emergency. Five stars all around.

EDIT TO ASK SERVPRO: I had called. Someone by the name of Christine refused to answer very basic questions before shouting “I DONT HAVE TO ANSWER TO YOU”. DO YOU PERMIT WORKERS TO USE RESIDENTS PERSONAL ITEMS FOR THE JOB? THERE ARE ITEMS VERIFIED STOLEN. THE MGMT COMPANY HIRED YOU TO REMOVE BIOHAZARD. I GOT WORKERS ORDERED TO THROW EVERYTHING AWAY AND PERSONALLY INTERESTED IN THE OPPORTUNITY TO TAKE MY STUFF. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. LITERALLY VULTURES AND THIEVES. Absolutely mortifying. Hired by the property management, Rose Associates, for my apartment, in came a crew of non-english speaking adults claiming to be able to comprehend but clearly unable to. Their documentation, credentials, and any other ability beyond eradication and clearance are suspect. Update: there was a second attempt with a new crew. I counted 7 people for a 2 person job. One could speak english and all of his aggression could not be contained after they mysteriously left midwork for 2 hours and I called their supervisor to inquire about it. I had to cancel a video appointment because of this. They threw away personal items without asking and I suspect stole what they could. They even had the nerve to use my property as part of their cleaning without asking. Do not hire this company if you cannot tolerate having to belabor their workers. A nightmare! Hired Servpro to deal with some smoke damage in my apartment. Their team, led by Eric, was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and communicative. They did a full survey, gave us a quote, and then promptly did the cleaning/repairs. They even went above and beyond and cleaned other small things that we had forgotten to request. Highly recommend calling them if you are dealing with damage from a fire.
