Update!!! Now Puroclean is saying that my cabinets were compromised before they showed up due to poor craftsmanship. They went from "they followed protocol" to "the cabinets were poorly made and the fronts just fell off". This company is unbelievable. I don't know which is worse, their lack of knowledge to do the work they were hired for or the lies to cover it up. Beware of this company. They are not properly trained in water mitigation. They pulled the front part of the bases on my cabinets off, which the manufacturer of the cabinets said should have never been removed and cannot be put back, therefore compromising the structural integrity of the cabinets and voiding the warranty on the cabinets, which are only about 3 years old. Then Puroclean tried to convince me that it was the toe kick and had to be removed. After speaking with the manufacturer, 2 contractors and another mitigation company in Albuquerque, it was determined that only holes should have been drilled in the bases and Puroclean should have had the proper equipment to determine water migration.(camera, mold testing probes and moisture measuring equipment small enough to fit in drilled holes) They were also later to every appointment that I had with them because they are understaffed, yet keep accepting jobs. When I reached out to Sebastian to see why they were 2.5 hours late, he didnt respond to my text. I finally was able to reach him and he tried to blame us for miscommunication with his worker. This is a very unprofessional company! If you are going through a company called Accusure to get a mitigation company and they tell you Puroclean is who they are sending, ask for a different company!
