Emmanuel and the Jenkins Team did an outstanding job bringing my home back to order. They are all around professional, responsive, always on time and very easy to work with. In addition to the initial response to water mitigation within 4 hours, they removed carpeting, replaced duct work, removed grout from entire kitchen tile floor and more. We ended up renovating the flooring on the front half of the house with new LVP and are extremely satisfied with the results. The walls in two rooms were also painted very professionally and the pricing for the entire project was more than reasonable and beat the competitors. I fully trust the Jenkins team to renovate my home anytime and they will be number one on my list for future projects.

I would leave a zero star if I could. Around February there was a accidental fire that was considered not my fault and I got the worst of the damages. Jenkins Restoration was assigned by my insurance to assess the damages get estimates and fix my house. After that was done my insurance paid them and then I was never given an appointment. After multiple phone calls and text messages which would rarely ever respond, I was informed today that they are dropping me as a client due to "they will not make enough money for this project". My house is still not fixed and this has wasted a lot time and is causing hold ups in other parts of the repairs. I do not recommend them.

I was introduced to Jenkins Restoration through USAA when my house had a fire right before the holidays. I had the pleasure of meeting a couple of great guys when my house had to be packed up and everything removed. Kyle's Robinson and Daniel Lewis were very attentive and careful while handling my items. They gave me comfort during my discomfort which made me feel that my belongings would be safe. I had money left behind and Daniel went above and beyond to make sure I got it back. That's the integrity that is necessary, to do the right thing even when noone is looking. Their work ethics are impeccable. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs their type of service. Thanks for all that you do. 😊💯
