I highly recommend Bio-One of Raleigh. While it was unfortunate that I needed their services, I thank God they are there to help when you do need their services. First, I met Micah for an on-site visit to review the job for an estimate. I was impressed from the start. I never even called anyone else. I knew they were the right company. Then, during the 3 day job, I had the pleasure to meet part of his team; Mike, Chris, Nick, Kent, Bre (Brenna) and Kim. Each and every one of them was awesome. They worked hard, were empathetic, kind and genuinely cared. These days it is hard to find such quality people, especially for such difficult work. We had an outstanding experience with this company. They were professional, fast, and incredibly thorough—my mom’s apartment looks brand new after their work. Make sure you ask and verify if the techs performing the work are trained and certified in any way. IICRC certifications? ABRA? Just make sure it's not a part time college kid making 16$ an hour coming to clean these kinds of things up. Always make sure and ask for proofs of any certifications and all trainings.
