I don't really know where to begin. We had rats eat into our HVAC system and create a nest in one of the ducts, so our unfinished basement was covered with rodent droppings, shavings of odd items they had found to use for their nests, and old duct since the HVAC repair service couldn't haul it away. Plus, we were using the space as a gym, so the team had to move literal weights out of the way to clean everything. The process started with a very quick and easy inspection. The team member showed me everything that he was assessing and also explained some of the processes ahead of time (like needing to move the equipment out, how that would work, and which items couldn't get 100% clean because they were porous). The quote was itemized perfectly for us to understand where the total came from, which was something we didn't really see with any other step of the post-rat infestation clean-up process It was also very simple to book: multiple days offered for starting the clean-up, pay online invoice, very responsive back and forth over email After the cleaning, it's like the space is brand new. I'm not sure how they managed to get it this clean. Every surface is spotless, the team was beyond lovely and walked us through every step of the process and explained very thoroughly why we needed to get rid of a couple of things in the basement that couldn't logistically be cleaned. They also moved all of our gym equipment in and out and our space is now more organized than it was before they started. We weren't really sure what this should cost when we started this process, but after wrapping up the service, we feel like it was absolutely worth the money.

We had an outstanding experience with this company. They were professional, fast, and incredibly thorough—my mom’s apartment looks brand new after their work. A big shoutout to Micah and Mike for their hard work and excellent communication throughout the process. They made what could have been a very stressful situation much easier, and we couldn’t be more grateful. Highly recommend this team!

Make sure you ask and verify if the techs performing the work are trained and certified in any way. IICRC certifications? ABRA? Just make sure it's not a part time college kid making 16$ an hour coming to clean these kinds of things up. Always make sure and ask for proofs of any certifications and all trainings.
