We have had an excellent experience with RestoPros and their team. From our initial call which was responded to swiftly to the two gentlemen who came to tear up our master bathroom 3 days before Christmas! Talk about bad timing to find a stubborn leaky bathtub! However, Jamel and Demitri both came on time and were polite, cordial and patient as I tried my best to keep our five kids out of their way. They did the job well and professionally without leaving a trace of mess. I felt safe with them in our home, they communicated well and seem to enjoy their job. So far we are very happy with our service and glad to be on our way to a new bathroom! The last photo is about 18 hrs post demo and the drying process seems to be going well.
Jamel and Kamal came out to address an issue and were great to work with. They were highly communicative, knowledgeable, thorough, and very nice. They made sure we were happy before they left and all our questions had been answered. Corey also has been great to work with--was quick to come out for an initial assessment, and has been guiding us through the process. We are grateful to have had such a pleasant experience!
Jamel, Mike, and Amili with Restopro Restoration are great and very professional. They're very knowledgeable, took time to listen to me concerns, answer all my questions (I ask a lot of questions) and explained everything until they were sure I understood what they were doing as they removed water and black mold from my home. Thank you so much for the quick response time on Thursday 2/26/2026!
