Had a BAD leak in 2009. Hired puroclean of cary. Owner and crew came out and did an OUTSTANDING job. Had another leak recently so I hired the same puroclean company with it's NEW OWNER. I'm sorry that I did.. After they left I noticed no heat coming out of vent in the bathroom. I called him and explained the issue and he got angry with me. He came up the next day to find out that the duct work was tagged down on the floor and full of water. They never checked the distribution box for water and when I tried to call him, He decided that to record our conversation, and now when I try calling all my calls go straight to a line with a full mail box. I had a friend call in between my calls and they answered his call...I'm having issues with the air in my house. I'll have to hire a different company and see a lawyer.
