I want to be very honest in this review because the full context matters. Zipco was contracted to repair a massive water leak in my home. The remediation phase at the end of July was handled quickly, but once repairs began in September, the project became extremely difficult. The work was originally scheduled to be completed by October 15, yet months went by with inconsistent subcontractors, missed timelines, poor-quality work, and little follow-through. It was stressful, exhausting, and deeply disappointing. Everything changed when Zipco assigned Shanun Niehoff as the project manager. From the moment Shanun stepped in, it was clear he understood both the scope of the problem and the urgency of fixing what had gone wrong. He immediately brought in a skilled, reliable team to correct and clean up the failed work left behind by others. The difference in leadership was night and day. Shanun was professional, respectful, and communicative. His team showed up every day with a clear plan, explained what they were doing, and — most importantly — did exactly what they said they would do. That consistency reflected the expectations he set as a leader, and it restored trust at a time when trust had been completely eroded. Even though we are now six months from the original accident and three months past the initial completion date, I honestly don’t know how this project would have been salvaged without Shanun. He checked in when necessary, followed through, and never left me wondering what was happening next. That level of communication and accountability brought the peace of mind I had been missing throughout this process. Shanun didn’t just manage a project — he repaired a situation that felt unfixable. Zipco is fortunate to have him, and his leadership made all the difference in the outcome of this experience.

Zipco and their team repaired our home in a timely fashion after a pipe burst in the winter after our home lost power during a cold snap. Since we were away for five days, the damage was extensive and the entire first floor was damaged. We appreciated the moving of our furniture and personal items to a storage pod while the work was being completed. It was so nice to have the construction manager contact me frequently to check on my vision as each phase of the rebuild continued. The end result was quite pleasing and I am happy with the updated look of the entire first floor. Thank you, Zipco!!

Shanun and the crew from Zipco did an EXCELLENT remediation job in our basement after flooding. Professional, friendly, communicated well about the process and during steps. Double checked at the end to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend!
