Was not very happy initially the day of my appointment. My appointment was between 8.30 and 11. At 5 o’clock I called and they still couldn’t give me an exact time. So I rescheduled for the next day. They were right on time. Great technician. Very pleased.

Destin Murray, my tech was amazing. He went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. He had to go get parts for my water tank fluted pipe and I asked him to pickup a carbon monoxide detector for the one in my basement had expired. He gladly bought the exact same one for me. I was so happy I didn’t have to make an extra trip to Home Depot to buy one. He was very kind, courteous, friendly and did the work efficiently. My parents used Roto-Rooter and now I know why. They’re amazing and reasonably priced.

Excellent service! Not only was my plumber able to come in a timely manner, he did such an excellent job. He tried the less involved ways first to dislodge the clog and save me expense, then moved to more difficult drain clearing as needed. I appreciate that he kept in mind the cost to the client. He fixed other issues he noticed that would cause future problems. And the area was left spotless where he was working. Thanks so much for managing to make a backed up drain a pleasant experience!
