Megan Battles is terrific! Starting from the very first phone call to schedule an appointment, she was friendly and professional. From the moment she arrived to clean up and repair the water damage to our home, she demonstrated expertise, confidence in her knowledge and skills, leadership with her team, and impeccable customer service. My family and I were immediately put at ease by Megan’s manner and extensive knowledge. She clearly knew her business and got right to work. She was thorough and professional the entire time. All of our questions were addressed patiently and completely. She arrived when promised and called and messaged when she said she would. The work was completed quickly and well. The team cleaned up everything as they left. Cleaning up from a water incident in one’s home is never going to be a good time, but Megan made the experience as easy and pain free as possible. Any company would be lucky to have her on staff!

I never received work from this company. They told me once they received payment they would contact me to schedule service. I sent my payment in full and had to contact them and call multiple times in order to schedule service. This was already a red flag but we proceeded. Eventually we got scheduled and no one arrived on the day of our scheduled service. Called them after they were 30 mins late and they told me their notes said they had already completed the work. We finally had a service man call us over an hour past our scheduled service and told us he was on the way and wanted to know how to get in because he was told the house was vacant. It is not vacant. We recently bought this home and live here. We told the service man this during our initial inspection. We canceled due to how unprofessional and unorganized this company seemed. We did not want to take a chance on them working on our house. I requested a refund and still have not received one after 3 weeks. I have contacted the company multiple times and can’t get a straight answer. I’m glad we went with our gut and didn’t let them work on our house.
