Oh my goodness, I had the best experience with Anytime Restoration. After a successful meeting with the owner Christian Fahoome, I met Arnie, the project manager. I explained to him that my property was historic, an old church built in 1890 and I needed reassurance that his crew would keep the structural lines of the building historical. The crew did a fabulous job and I was impressed that they were singing while they were working in 80° weather up on a dangerous 12/12 pitch. I enjoyed hearing their music and laughter while I was sitting on my patio. I received a new roof, soffits and facia for a 12/12 roof and a rubber flat roof from Anytime Restoration and extremely happy with the efficiency and cleanup. They went above and beyond replacing rotted wood before giving it a nice clean finish with aluminum trim. Arnie seems to be an efficient and organized project manager, he was just out today after a bit of a rain break to inspect to see if things were wrapped up for the gutter company to begin. After roof damage from ice dams, plus damage to our ceiling from the event, our home owners insurance directed us to Anytime Restoration. While the process using insurance was quite the struggle, the work Anytime Restoration did is beautiful! Their employees were respectful, kind, and helpful and I’m so glad we had these guys to fix up our damage! Nick and Rob were especially wonderful and I’d invite them back any day of the week. Andrea probably received 50 phone calls from me over this process and she is SWEET as can be. The boss man of the crew, Arnie, was prompt with responses and making sure we got what we needed, down to making sure the debris from the takedown was taken care of asap. Thanks for all your hard work guys! We went from a drop ceiling grid from the 80’s to a beautiful drywall ceiling! Before and after is amazing!
