Clean Sweep Enterprises, Inc.Sewage Cleanup in Westminster, MD

Rob and crew were great to work with after a leak in my laundry room. Great communication, always arriving on time or early (after confirming availability first) and sending a message to let us know when they were on route. Proactively communicating the plan and estimated pricing and working with our insurance. They were friendly with our family and pets and were very thorough and took great care of our property and moving furniture and other belongings as part of their overall service. Our final bill turned out less than the original estimate which was nice although he did say it was a worst case estimate depending on how long the drying process could take. They would be my first call if I need this service again and I will confidently recommend them to friends and family.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If I could give 10 stars, I would. I cannot say enough good things about Clean Sweep Enterprises, Inc. If you’re dealing with water damage, leaks, or any emergency situation, stop searching and call them. This company is the real deal. We had multiple water leaks and stressful situations that required immediate attention. Every single time, Clean Sweep responded incredibly fast. There were occasions when the team was finishing another job and still made us feel like we were their top priority. They showed up quickly, worked tirelessly, and never once made us feel like we were just another customer. I want to give a very special and heartfelt thank you to James Humphreys. James is an absolute treasure to this company. From the very beginning, he was compassionate, professional, responsive, and genuinely caring. When you’re dealing with water damage, you’re stressed, frustrated, and worried. James has an incredible ability to put your mind at ease while making sure everything is handled properly. What stood out most about James was that his kindness wasn’t just customer service talk. He and many members of his team repeatedly mentioned how much they love helping people, and after working with them, I can tell you that’s 100% true. You can hear it in the way they speak to you, see it in how they treat you, and witness it through their actions. In difficult times, that kind of genuine care means everything. I also want to recognize the entire Clean Sweep team that helped us throughout this process: * Brady * Isaiah * Josh * Ethan * Russ * Matt * Aiden Every one of these individuals was professional, hardworking, respectful, and willing to go above and beyond. These guys worked long hours, put in tremendous effort, and always treated us with kindness and respect. I also want to acknowledge the wonderful people who answer the phones and coordinate everything behind the scenes. Every interaction with the office was pleasant, helpful, and efficient. It’s clear that great customer service is part of the culture throughout the entire company, not just in the field. What impressed me most is that this company combines technical expertise with genuine humanity. They don’t just fix problems; they help people through difficult situations. That’s rare. Words honestly cannot express how grateful we are for James and the entire Clean Sweep team. If you hire this company, you will not regret it. You will be treated with professionalism, urgency, kindness, and care from start to finish. Thank you, James. Thank you, Brady, Isaiah, Josh, Ethan, Russ, Matt, and Aiden. Thank you to everyone in the office. And thank you, Clean Sweep Enterprises, for proving that exceptional service and genuinely good people still exist. Highly, highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I highly recommend this company. They were fantastic to work with and great with communication. Our basement had flooded from a broken pipe, and they were quick to respond, helped us through the entire process, and worked with our insurance. We were going to use Servpro originally but Clean Sweep was recommended to us by the plumber. We made the right choice. Rob and his crew of Russ & Ethan were great as well - very friendly and courteous. Rob deserves a promotion or bonus of some sort! I’ll be sure to recommend this company in the future. Thanks for all your help
