Exceptional service from securing an appointment to finishing the job. The over all customer service was pleasant & friendly which is the first most important step in servicing a customer. David & Damontay are two very friendly, kind and well mannered young men who made me smile at just that! In addition, they were more than willing to answer any and all questions as they went about troubleshooting to find the plumbing/water problem(s) I had. There were several, and as each one was found David explained everything. Damontay Chase and David Collins who deserve AAA+ as well. Thanks guys! 💙

Really great experience. They came in quickly after a water leak in my house (within less than 24 hr). All damaged materials were removed and machines were put in to dry out the house. Within a couple days all water was gone and I was ready for restoration services. Can’t say enough how great the staff were. Jeff, Geoff and Javier to name a few. Really communicative, friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and efficient. The guys stayed until very late to get the demo part of the job done in one day for us.

Do not use this company. Our insurance company selected this company to repair our bathroom after a failure in the flooring caused water damage. The result is an uneven floor and bubbling paint within three months; two months after they were supposed to finish. The work was supposed to be finished by the end of March when I started a four-month deployment. They assured me that that was more than doable. When I started my deployment the demolition had not even finished in our 200 sq ft bathroom. This meant I was not home to monitor the work and it went downhill from there. They finally finished two months later and when I came home I found the entrance to the bathroom had been raised almost a full inch and was now that far above the bedroom carpet. We'll get used to that but it was very surprising given the old floor was level with the carpet. As I walked into the bathroom I noticed a very obvious slope from the door to about 3 feet into the bathroom. I put a level on it and there was a gap under the level of about a quarter inch and it was clearly not level. I also noticed that they had not put sealant around the mixing valve cover or the cover on the shower head. When I contacted the company they said they had to raise the floor to meet the toilet flange. Two things are a problem with that. First the sill of the bathroom door used to be even with the carpet now it's an inch above. That seems clearly unnecessary. Second if you have to raise the floor you do that with subflooring across the entire bathroom. You do that ahead of time and make sure the tile is level. But I wasn't there to oversee the work and insurance had paid them. So I figured we'd just deal with it. Now a month later and the paint they put down is bubbling. Do not use this company!
