I cannot say enough good things about Roto Rooter Baltimore, especially Hasan (Employee #3498 Baltimore) and his manager, Brandon. On only my second night in my brand new home, I had a major plumbing emergency where sewage was overflowing into my garage every time we flushed a toilet or used water anywhere in the house. My family was there celebrating my new home, and it could have completely ruined the evening. There was a lot of confusion over who was responsible for the payment because the work should have been covered under my builder’s warranty. While I spent over an hour trying to get authorization, Hasan remained incredibly patient, professional, and compassionate. Even though payment had not been resolved, he stayed late into the night, fixed the problem, and made sure my family and I could enjoy our first night in our home. Thank you, Hasan and Brandon, for your outstanding customer service and for truly caring about your customers. You turned a very stressful situation into a positive experience.
