Roto‑Rooter Baltimore has been one of the most frustrating service experiences I’ve ever had. My insurance company (Travelers) confirmed the company overbilled for labor, equipment, and items beyond industry‑accepted protocols, yet Roto‑Rooter refuses to address any of these concerns. Instead, they send daily payment demands and even collection threats, while avoiding every attempt to speak with a supervisor. Shockingly, no one at the service desk can even provide the names of their own supervisors, and there is no administrative contact information anywhere online. This company seems to take advantage of people in crisis, and that’s unacceptable. I strongly recommend choosing a mitigation company that operates with transparency and integrity — this was not my experience with Roto‑Rooter Baltimore. To add to this, the ceiling leak in the same area occurred again.
