Throughout my mitigation the guys at BHWR were professional and efficient addressing my damage. Ryan was very responsive to my questions and Patrick as well. Jose, and Darius were also very helpful. They all explained things in an easy to understand way. Darius was polite and respectful when delivering and picking up the equipment. Great team at BHWR! 👍🏿

Justin and Ian did a *fantastic* job with the demolition process removing our affected flooring after flood damage. They were professional, thorough, detail-oriented and considerate throughout the process. They took incredible care to protect the rest of the house from dust and damage, happily answered our questions while working, did some impressive problem-solving to delicately remove our built-in refrigerator unit, and were methodical in all aspects of the work and clean up processes. They were also just great guys who were a pleasure to interact with! Would highly recommend Justin and Ian from Boston Harbor Water Restoration for any job of this kind.
