I cannot thank Ron, Gilbert, and Joe enough. Our first experience with Roto Rooter was not good - the following day, Joe, the manager, came out to assess & rectify the situation himself. He apologized for our previous situation & within a few hours Gilbert was there to help. He worked for over 3 hours, was unable to fix the problem but left us with a plan. He even called the next morning to check in. Ron came that evening and within two hours he was able to fix our clogged pipe. Ron & Gilbert were phenomenal. They talked us through everything, showed us the issue, and wouldn't leave until it was fixed. I cannot thank them enough!

We have had excellent service from many workers during a difficult time when our water main was completely blocked. Tonight, Ebram worked above and beyond and late clearing very large roots to finally allow water to flow through. He did it all with a pleasant attitude. Earlier in the process, Brendan, Rafael, Dominick and Rick were also very helpful as well as knowledgeable and considerate. I would highly recommend each of them and their work as a team.
