I needed my pipes snaked and drained. From start to finish, I had a positive experience with everyone I interacted with. I needed to change the appointment a few times and they were very accommodating. My technician, Atef, was kind, punctual, considerate, and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing and why, and offered tips for preventing blockages and for caring for pipes.
We had a slight emergency with our bathroom sink. We contacted Roto-Rooter, not expecting to hear anything back anytime soon. Within minutes we had an appointment confirmed, and basically within 90 minutes, they were here fixing the problem. They were very quick but thorough and made a point to show me that the issue was resolved. They left us with product to help prevent this type of issue in the future. Great guys that did a great job.
