The team at Nola Disinfect is truly an efficient and kind group of people who stepped in and solved a delicate cleanup for me during a very chaotic situation in our lives. Emma and her team handled this clean up with dignity and grace. She reassured me and helped guide me through the cleanup process, taking the stress of the cleanup on leaving me to focus on family. I would recommend them for any and all jobs when it comes to clean up.
A week ago, two friends and I encouraged another friend to hire Nola Disinfect to take care of a residence that had gotten completely out of hand. We had the great fortune of having a team headed by Scott, assess the much needed serious areas of concern. These men were absolutely thorough in their assessment and their work. I can tell you I have never seen people move so respectfully through a home, cleaning, purging, and organizing belongings in such a professional manner!! They hauled off so many bags, boxes, and furniture items that needed to be purged. I was in awe of everything they did to make this residence clean, sanitized, and livable once more. Emma was a doll to work with, as she patiently explained the process, lined up the team, and was just a joy to talk to. Through my angst in getting all of this lined up, her humor with me was a godsend! Cannot find enough words to express my appreciation, and the appreciation of the home owner,for the care and effort put into this incredible job. 👍🏻❤️
I cannot say enough great things about my experience. I initially spoke with Emma (co-owner) about a very sensitive hoarding matter concerning a family member. She listened intently with empathy and patience and was able to work with my very tight timeline. Three days later, Scott (co-owner) and his crew were on-site and ready to go. Scott, Fin, Sam and Aidan were all very professional and worked efficiently while still leaving time for me to sift through important documents. They were able to make a high stress experience as enjoyable as possible I spoke with several companies and they were hands down the best and must organized. I would use them time and time again.
