RootermanSewage Cleanup in Baton Rouge, LA

I called early in the morning around 6:45am to schedule an appointment for Denham Springs, they were super helpful. Said a technician was in the area and could send him to me first thing. The technician, Rhett Millet, was already heading into Baton Rouge and turned around to come service my home. Rhett arrived around 7:25am and went straight to work. He found the issue quickly and solved it! With it being summer timer, there were plenty of kids in the house plus a sleeping wife, Rhett had the issue revolved in less than hour without disturbing anyone inside the house. Very pleased with this company and Rhett! Thanks so much!

My parents vent line to the AC was clogged. I had been having to drain the pan every 2 hours. I called Rooterman on a Sunday afternoon at 4 pm. She stated she was sending Cory and he would be there at 5:30 pm. Promptly Cory arrived at 5:30 pm sharp and went right to work. Within 20 minutes he had the line unclogged. He explained exactly what the problem was and how he corrected it. He suggested we get a P-trap added, as there was not one installed when with the AC unit was put in. We will be calling to schedule that service for Cory’s next available appointment. My parents want him to do the work as he was so thorough with the first visit. Thank you Rooterman and especially thank you Cory!! You saved the day!

Experience was wonderful, no complaints. Communication from the company was fantastic before, during and after. Our tech that came out, went above and beyond for us. Home Depot delivered us a busted up toilet and he loaded it up and took the toilet to Home Depot himself to exchange it. 12/10.
