Dealing with this company was a challenge. Water leaking from our DW had seeped under the flooring and was never visible until appliances were moved. After removing the appliances and hardwood floor, which did have a thin layer of water underneath, our project manager (Eric) tried to convince us to let him also remove our kitchen countertops, cabinets and all the drywall below two feet high, without first proving if mold really existed behind these walls. This would have added 4 to 6 weeks without access to our kitchen and thousands dollars of work not covered by insurance. Without discussing options with us and assuming we agreed with his mold theory, he instructed his crew to remove a large portion of our kitchen wall and then left for the day. Without his participation, I personally inspected the removed drywall, found no mold and immediately stopped all work before any countertops and cabinets were removed. We then took over all restoration work ourselves and had them exit the premises. Although their dedication to preventing mold related illnesses is commendable, in my opinion this company needs to use fact based methods to first prove the existence of mold on the backside of walls before dismantling a kitchen and cutting out walls that may be perfectly fine. There are mold tests and fiber optic cameras that can do this. Their billing department also tried to get us to pay for their work even though we were told they would bill the insurance company directly. We appreciate them ultimately agreeing to accept payment directly from the insurance company, as was stated in the contract.

My basement ended up getting flooded, they came cleaned and removed all effective materials. They ended up rebuilding everything and it is now way better than before! Fast, efficient and to the T. Services where 10/10. 100% recommended
