everybody that worked at this company was very nice and communicative. Sadly, I noticed the job they did on most of the work wasn’t very good. They did not paint all of my condo. They were supposed to repaint the entire unit and they took shortcuts and I can see lines in the paint where they took shortcuts. The back door is having tons of issues. I’ve reached out to them and nobody has returned my call. The work is not good and I’m sorry that I have to report this because like I said everybody at the company it was very nice.
I can't say enough positive things about this team. They are responsive, knowledgeable and kind. They felt like a part of our family by the end of the project. Importantly for our complex situation, they were a big help in navigating the insurance process. I am confident that our rebuild would not have been completed to the standard it was and as promptly as it was if we hadn't engaged them off the bat. Katon was the first to our downtown Chicago job site and immediately made us feel at ease and supported as he and the team completed board up and debris removal. He arrived within minutes of our call and came back several times to ensure the work withstood the weather. Mike's leadership throughout the process was stellar, especially during the final clean up. Mike can fix anything. They communicated clearly and always followed through. They were punctual. They worked quickly with high attention to detail. They care. Though we are thrilled and grateful to be at the end of our project, we miss them!
