There aren’t enough words to say amazing things about this team. The first time I talked to Bob, I was scared and overwhelmed and from that first phone call, on, I felt safe and taken care of in the midst of such a yucky situation. Whether it was advocating for us with the insurance company, not making me feel crazy when I expressed my fears and concerns, going above and beyond to ensure our house was safe, and taking great care of our stuff through the process — we were treated with care the entire time. Now, back in our home, I know we wouldn’t be here without PuroClean of South Atlanta and I am forever grateful for everything they did to make a safe home for us a reality!!!!
