The spigots that my washing machine was hooked up to was leaking. Mike 5507 replaced them with easier turn on and off valves. The old ones were knobs and they were so tight it was difficult to turn them on & off. Mike 5507 did his job and he also took the time to explain the issue and how he resolved it and made it easier. I appreciated that. If I have another plumbing issue I will request Mike 5507.
Tee did a great job. Very transparent about the issues and very informative throughout the whole process. Kept me updated on where she was in the process and the approximate time frame the whole job would take to complete.
Russell did an amazing and thorough job with our water heater diagnostic visit. Not only did he make an honest assessment based on what he observed and his expertise, his professionalism was phenomenal. He answered all our questions and concerns and provided preventive tips for future references. I appreciate his willingness to assist and educate our family and would recommend him and the Roto Rooter family for plumbing/HVAC needs.
