We decided to celebrate my dad’s 60th birthday at the last minute, and one of the biggest elements of any party is the banners, welcome signs, and custom displays. I was originally looking at Amazon and other online vendors, but the pricing, shipping times, and uncertainty just weren’t worth the risk. Thankfully, my partner told me about Hotlanta Signs, and it was truly a blessing. Their website was incredibly easy to navigate, and placing my order was so simple that I actually wondered if I had done everything correctly! To my surprise, my order was ready for pickup in less than 48 hours. When I picked everything up, I was blown away. The quality was outstanding, and my banner was much larger and more impressive than I expected. It became one of the highlights of the celebration. A special thank you to Steven, who took the time to send me a preview image of part of my order before pickup. That extra level of customer service gave me so much confidence and was greatly appreciated. My only suggestion would be to include more visual examples of banner, foam board, and welcome sign sizes on the website. Seeing common size comparisons would make it easier for customers to choose the right dimensions. Overall, this was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had ordering banners and signage.
