We had them on schedule to service our grease trap. The trap got full before their next service was due. In fact, the grease trap is very big for our usage, and for it to get full before the next service proving they did a poor job. STAY AWAY FROM THEM if you don’t want a headache!
Not sure what to say aside from the fact that I lost so much time & money from this company and they ended up not resolving our grease trap issues for us. They would come by, say they would pump our grease trap and it ends up being full again in a week. We ended up having to call Roto Rooters, and then ended up having to use another grease trap company which we are very happy with now. Whatever you do, don’t use this company. They are a nightmare to work with; I don’t speak only for myself, you can look at all their one star reviews. They don’t resolve anything, give you an attitude when you try to resolve issues, but are very quick to take your money for emergency grease trap pumping.
How can we get this place out of the neighborhood. No way the fumes they are letting off are safe for the neighborhood. This is ridiculous and something needs to be done
