We recently experienced a water pipe that burst in the slab of our living room, which unfortunately spread damage into our master bedroom. Archer Restoration was there for us every step of the way. Their team was incredibly sympathetic and understanding of what we were going through. They took the time to thoroughly check for any and all water damage, which gave us real peace of mind during a stressful situation. Communication was excellent, they always called ahead, arrived on time, and were consistently professional and friendly. Every technician we interacted with, Wyatt, Gio, Noah, Joseph, and Reuben—treated our home with care and respect. A special thank you to Joseph and Reuben for coming back to pick up all the fans and ensuring everything was completely dry before wrapping up. These people have the worst communication skills I've ever seen in my entire life. On top of that most of their staff is pretty rude and always has some sideways comment about anything you might say to them no matter what it is. These people here are never wrong and they will gladly tell you that. My kitchen island took two months to get done when it should have taken a few weeks, and I finally just had to bite the bullet and eat the frustration and tell them to go away instead of letting them fix everything the way it's supposed to be. I paid my bill and told them to get the hell on down the road and I never want to see them again 🤣 My kitchen island is a completely different color, you can barely bump into it and the whole thing moves, when they put the sink back in they didn't put it in square and it looks like an elementary school kid did the caulking job.. it's all over my counter and I spent several days finding it all over the place and having to scrape it off. Now I get to pay a plumber to come reinstall my sink the right way because these people hire unreliable and unprofessional workers. I had to replace the electrical outlets on my kitchen island because it looks like the workers they hired put them through a garbage disposal, they wouldn't even screw back on straight, one of them was just stuck on there with no screws in it at all so instead of doing the job the right way and spending the $3 to replace those outlet plate they just scammed me and did it as shady as possible and then tried to tell me I should be happy with everything 😑 They also put a big dent in my fridge and then wanted to argue with me about it for days about how they didn't do it and it was there the whole time but I have pictures and video evidence saying otherwise. They tried to tell me they have video of the dent being there when they walked in the house but unfortunately I had a camera running that I wasn't aware of and there was a towel hanging over the part of the fridge that they say was already dented and then when they were done doing their job that towel was on the ground and I have several small dents and one large dent in the bottom of my refrigerator. And mind you I have months worth of camera footage inside my house that show no dent in that refrigerator until the day those people came over here and disassembled my kitchen island 🤷 But this company pretty much told me word for word that I did it myself and I just don't remember 🤣🤣🤣 This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had as far as being a homeowner and a person in general just dealing with a company 🤦 whoever owns this company needs to seriously clean house and fix these problems because you can tell by the reviews it's not just me or a poor attitude it's the crappy work that this company puts out there that gets them these poor reviews 🤣

Ray Noah Joe and Wyatt all worked on my job. This team is outstanding. They were professional, knowledgeable and friendly.
