Had an absolutely terrible experience with Archer. The person that came by, Justin, was good enough at first. Easily identified the issue and I had felt good about it all. Then after that everything went downhill fast. It took a couple days just to get a contract signed, they tried a new system and the whole thing just didn't work. Never got confirmation that they had received my signed contract until 10 or so days later when I had to call in myself to figure out if the job was still happening. Then once I finally got confirmation, the contractor ran into an issue and Archer didn't respond to help get a resolution. Once the work was done, I never got a bill for the work itself. Just a complete trainwreck in communication and professionalism. Stay far away and go with anyone else. Edit: Since this review I have now finally obtained the bill and they were able to get things wrapped up nice enough. Still have issues with all the ba ck and forth and lack of communication bit changing my review from 1 to 2 stars to reflect that they at least acknowledged these inconveniences.
We recently experienced a water pipe that burst in the slab of our living room, which unfortunately spread damage into our master bedroom. Archer Restoration was there for us every step of the way. Their team was incredibly sympathetic and understanding of what we were going through. They took the time to thoroughly check for any and all water damage, which gave us real peace of mind during a stressful situation. Communication was excellent, they always called ahead, arrived on time, and were consistently professional and friendly. Every technician we interacted with, Wyatt, Gio, Noah, Joseph, and Reuben—treated our home with care and respect. A special thank you to Joseph and Reuben for coming back to pick up all the fans and ensuring everything was completely dry before wrapping up. We truly appreciate their hard work and kindness and would highly recommend Archer Restoration to anyone needing reliable and compassionate service.
