I originally met with the on-call project manager, Nathan. He was here within a few hours, immediately put my mind at ease, walked me through the entire process, and made sure I was comfortable handing the information over to Edi as the project manager. Edi did a fantastic job. He was extremely well-organized, communicated effectively throughout the process, and was both friendly and personable. Most importantly, he was incredibly trustworthy and gave me complete confidence during a stressful situation. He represented the company in a highly professional manner and is truly an asset to the team. Assistant Tony also did an excellent job and was very professional, respectful, and helpful throughout the experience. Everyone at the office was friendly, accommodating, and incredibly helpful as well. I highly recommend Protegerity for any emergency situation and greatly appreciate the outstanding service provided by Nathan, Edi, Tony, and the entire team.

Taken advantage. I had a water leak in my rental unit. Blue Bear AC came out to fix it, and suggested Protegrity come look in regards to the water/mold potential. I could tell right away what there game is. Charge your insurance a ton. After seeing my insurance didn't cover it, the guy was 'nice' enough to drop it to 3k out of pocket, with two payments of $1500 each. It had been a long day dealing with the renters and finding an emergency AC company to come on the weekend, so I was mentally drained. It turns out, the leak was mostly a drip drip drip, that had been discovered the same day. The salesman did his readings on his meter and things were in the safe range. .....However, he still sold me on their services. He would set up some fans immediately and schedule the demolition team to come later in the week. After reflection, I knew that $1500 just to remove two sheets worth of drywall was a rip off (they would just do demo, not install). When the demo team called, I explained all that, and we agreed to just cancel the project, they would collect the fans, and the second $1500 payment would not be required. So to recap, $1500 was paid just to run 3 or 4 fans for a couple days, because of a little drip drip drip... (PS- I found a drywall guy on craigslist to do the demolition, install, and texture... for $700!)

Edi and Nathan did outstanding work with the mold remediation at my house. Edi was excellent at taking care of my furniture and personal belongings—everything was handled with great care, very clean, and well organized. Nathan was excellent in starting the process and was very responsive from day one. They delivered exactly what they promised, with great attitude and professionalism. I highly recommend them.
