My bathroom ceiling was on the floor, a nightmare mess of fiberglass, peeled paint and dirty water. A few days later it was all gone, out the door in plastic bags, leaving the room completely dry and ready to be repaired! Nathan and Garrett did an amazing job and I couldn't be more pleased. Great experience with this company. In a stressful situation, the Protegrity team was helpful and quick to resolve the situation. Mold was identified and removed within a week, with the project completely closed out in two weeks. Garrett was especially great to work with. I originally met with the on-call project manager, Nathan. He was here within a few hours, immediately put my mind at ease, walked me through the entire process, and made sure I was comfortable handing the information over to Edi as the project manager. Edi did a fantastic job. He was extremely well-organized, communicated effectively throughout the process, and was both friendly and personable. Most importantly, he was incredibly trustworthy and gave me complete confidence during a stressful situation. He represented the company in a highly professional manner and is truly an asset to the team. Assistant Tony also did an excellent job and was very professional, respectful, and helpful throughout the experience. Everyone at the office was friendly, accommodating, and incredibly helpful as well.
